ILTA 2012 Sneak Peek!
Workshare is excited to announce the 4th Annual Workshare ILTA Conference Scholarship program.
This year we are offering two scholarships to assist ILTA members to attend the upcoming ILTA 2012 Conference in Washington, DC. The Workshare scholarships will fund conference fees and cover hotel and travel costs - up to a maximum of $3,500 per scholarship. To be eligible, you need to be a current member of ILTA and complete the following 2 steps.

Multiple entries are OK! You may enter up to three times per day, every day until the contest ends on July 26th, 2012. Only 3 tweets per day per entrant will be counted. Contest ends on July 26, 2012 at 11:59pm Eastern time. We’ll pick two winners at random, and contact the winners by DM on Twitter. Winners will be announced on the Workshare blog on July 30th.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Subject to all federal, state, and local laws. Participation requires Internet access. PARTICIPATION. You must be 18 years of age or older. Employees of Workshare and the immediate family members (parents, siblings, children and spouse) and/or those living in the same household (whether or not related) of each are not eligible to win. CONTEST PERIOD. Entries will be accepted from start date to 07/26/2012. All online entries must be received by 07/26/2012. Participants assume all risk of lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or illegible entries. ENTRY. You may enter once or multiple times. Submitting an entry constitutes agreeing to the terms of these Official Rules. Workshare is not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete entry of information or for entries which are garbled, incompletely received, otherwise defective or lost due to any reason, all of which will be voided. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS. Entry requires that you follow @Workshare on Twitter and issue a tweet including the phrase "Coming to ILTA 2012: Document collaboration with ___ in the cloud, from @workshare #legalIT". Any language appearing in entry must be in English. Entry must be tasteful. Workshare reserves the right to reject any Entry that it deems, in its sole discretion, to violate any of these content related requirements. CONDITIONS. By submitting an entry (or accepting any prize), each Entrant understands and agrees that their Entry and name may be posted online to Workshare.com or other online entities managed by Workshare, such as company Twitter & Facebook pages. Entrant further agrees to release Workshare from any and all claims that any such use by Workshare, including any commercial advertising presentation, web content or any other material subsequently produced, presented and/or prepared by or on behalf of Workshare, infringes the Entrant's rights with regard to any elements, characters or ideas contained in its Entry. PRIZES. Two (2) scholarships to assist ILTA members to attend the upcoming ILTA 2012 Conference in Washington, DC. The Workshare scholarships will fund conference fees and cover hotel and travel costs - up to a maximum of $3,500 per scholarship. Winners will be required to book their own airfare and will be reimbursed by Workshare. Lodging and conference access will be purchased by Workshare and given to the winners. HOW TO WIN. Winners will be selected at random from entire pool of entries. Three attempts to contact the winners by tweet or direct message will be made. Exact means of contact is at Workshare's discretion. If a potential winner is unable to be reached within five (5) days of the third contact attempt, or refuses to accept the prize, an alternate winner will be selected. Each winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release ("Prize Documents") within fourteen (14) days of receipt of Prize Documents. CONDUCT. By entering this Contest, each Entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Workshare and its judges and agents, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. Workshare reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify and prohibit any Entrant from participating in the Contest or winning a prize who Workshare suspects, in the sole discretion, of attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automatic quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse or threaten or harass any of the Workshares' representatives or otherwise failing to comply with these Rules. RELEASE OF LIABILITY. Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees on behalf of him/herself, his/her heirs, executors, representatives, assigns, administrators and next of kin to indemnify, hold harmless and release Workshare, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated businesses and each of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, assignees, agents, representatives and any other person or entity associated with this Contest from any and all liability claims or actions of any kind with respect to or in any way arising from this Contest, participation in any Contest-related activity; and/or delivery/misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, including, but not limited to, liability for personal injury, bodily injury (including wrongful death or disability), damage to property, and damage or loss of any other kind. Except where prohibited by law, all issues and questions concerning the constitution, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participant and Workshare in connection with this Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California in the U.S., without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California in the U.S. PRIVACY. By submitting an entry on-line to Workshare, all Entrants acknowledge and agree that the personal information that they have provided may be maintained & used by Workshare. PUBLICITY CONSENT.
