SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD: Bookshare and Read2Go Twitter Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 9:00:01 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on July 30, 2012 and ends at 5:00:00 PM (“PT”) on August 3, 2012 (the “Sweepstakes Period. ELIGIBILITY: Bookshare and Read2Go Twitter Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to Bookshare members, either Individual or Organizational Members, and parents, guardians, teachers of Bookshare members, age 18 or older at the time of entry, who have a Twitter.com account and follow Bookshare on Twitter. Void outside the US, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam, and wherever else prohibited by law. Employees of Benetech (the "Sponsor”) and its officers, directors, agents, representatives, licensees, partners, associates, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and the immediate family members of each of the foregoing, and/or those living in the same household of each of the foregoing, are not eligible to enter. Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. ENTRY: To be eligible visit http://twitter.com/bookshare and follow @bookshare. To enter you must Tweet a message with words “I want to win #Read2Go from @Bookshare”. Tweets must be received between 9:00:01 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on July 30, 2012 and ends at 5:00:00 PM (“PT”) on August 3, 2012. If a Tweet is more than one post in length it will be considered as one entry with the first post considered the entry. Participating Tweets must contain the hash tag #Read2Go in order to be eligible. Due to the privacy settings of individual participants, not all Tweets may be viewable by all @Bookshare followers. Any Tweets using the tag #Read2Go tweeted by @bookshare will not be counted as an eligible Tweet and therefore will not be included the entry pool. The decisions of Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to determining eligibility of Tweets. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”)/ODDS: There will be five (5) prizes available to be won. Each Prize includes a Read2Go app. ARV of each prize: $19.99. The Total “ARV” of all prizes being offered: $99.95. All prize details are at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. RANDOM DRAWING/NOTIFICATION: Five (5) potential prize winners (“Potential Winners”) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible Entries received during each Sweepstakes Entry Period. Drawings will be held at the end of each day from July 30, 2012 to August 3, 2012 (the “Drawing Date”). The drawing will take place under the supervision of the Sponsor whose decisions are final. The potential winners will be notified by a direct message to the Potential Winner’s Twitter Account, and/or telephone and requested to confirm their email and mailing address within 48 hours via return email. Prize will be sent via email with a promotion code that will allow the winner to download Read2Go at no charge within 2 weeks of winner being verified. PRIZE CONDITIONS: If a winner is otherwise eligible under these Official Rules, but is nevertheless deemed a minor in his or her state of primary residence, the prize will be awarded in the name of winner's parent or legal guardian. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable or if a selected winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, or he/she is not in compliance with these Official Rules, then that winner will be disqualified and the corresponding prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected in a separate random drawing. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Prizes are non-assignable or transferable.
